Email Support

The best way to receive email support is by submitting a Ticket in the Manager. If you aren't able to login to the Manager, then you can request support through our general contact form.

Live Chat Support

Paid Accounts can receive live chat support during the hours specified in the Manager.

Phone

Phone support is available to $29/mo Accounts by appointment which can be setup by submitting a Ticket in the Manager or calling (352) 585-6595.

Through the links on the left you can navigate to all our help articles, and below are some of the key features.

  • The question mark icon in the Top Blue Bar of the Manager provides a link to the Help Docs.
  • The navigation on the left of the Help Docs follows the pattern of the left navigation in the Manager.
  • Our help articles can be read sequentially like a book, but they are designed to be used as a reference manual to quickly get targeted help on a specific tool.
