Help -> Idea Center -> Idea Boards
Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Productivity Tools -> Idea Center".
Idea Boards are tools to help your team communicate through simple drawings. Below is some key information about Idea Boards.
- You can get to the Idea Board feature by viewing an Idea Doc, clicking the Manage button, and selecting View Idea Board.
- You can pick the color of your brush.
- You can pick the width of your brush.
- By clicking the Clear button you can erase the entire Idea Board.
- By clicking the Close button you can get back to editing the Idea Doc.
- By clicking the Insert button you can insert a snapshot of your Idea Board into the Idea Doc.
- Inserting snapshots is important because if you navigate away from the Idea Doc, such as by visiting a different URL in the Manager, then when you come back your Idea Board will be a blank canvas again. In other words, the work you did on the Idea Board will not remain after you leave the Idea Doc, unless you Insert a snapshot of the Idea Board into the Idea Doc.
