Starting Point: Logged into Manager.

You can leave Personal Pins and Notes on certain items in the Manager, and below are details.

  • The Personal Pins and Notes you create are only visible to you, and they are not visible to the other Members of your team.
  • Below are areas of the Manager where you can leave Personal Pins and Notes.
    • Inbox: You can leave Personal Pins and Notes on Tickets as well as on Messages within Tickets such as Replies.
    • Chat: You can leave Personal Pins and Notes on any Chat Message.
    • We have plans to add Personal Pins and Notes to other areas of the Manager.
  • There are several ways to add or edit Personal Pins and Notes while viewing a Ticket or Chat.
    • You can click (or tap) a Display Image and hold your finger down for a few seconds until you see the window to Manage Personal Pins and Notes.
    • You can double-click the Display Image to toggle a Pin on or off.
    • You can click on an existing Pin or Note to open the window to Manage Personal Pins and Notes.
  • There are several options you can specify in the window to Manage Personal Pins and Notes.
    • You can toggle the Pin on or off.
    • You can select a color for the Pin.
    • You can select a color for the Note.
    • You can add text to the Note (and you can remove the text to delete the Note).
  • You can view the text of a Note by hovering over the Note or by clicking on the Note.
  • You can view all your Personal Pins and Notes through the Personal Pins and Notes feature on your Dashboard.

Below are some ideas about how you might use Personal Pins and Notes.

  • You might leave a Personal Pin to help remind you to come back reply to a particular Chat Message.
  • You might find it better to leave a Personal Note on a Ticket instead of leaving a Ticket Note that others in your team can see.
