Help -> Web Forms -> New Web Form

Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Web Forms and navigated to "Manager -> Web Tools -> Web Forms".

Web Forms can be used as stand-alone Web Forms, and they can be included within a Web Site. Below is an overview of the three ways to create Web Forms.

  1. The One-Click Church Web Site option is the quickest and easiest way to create Web Forms for your church Web Site, and there is a separate Web Site help article about this. Web Forms created in this manner will be initially added into the Published tab.
  2. The New Web Form button can also be used to create new Web Forms where you will be asked to input information for Web Form Title, Web Form Menu Name, Flags, and Linked Web Form Group. There is additional information about these fields in the Web Form Config help article. The new Web Form you created in this manner will be initially added into the Drafts tab.
  3. The Export Design feature can be used to create new Web Forms from existing Web Forms, and there is a separate help article about this. Web Forms created in this manner will be initially added into whatever tab you select when you Export Design.

After creating a new Web Form, the next step would typically be to work on the Design, and there is a separate help article about Web Form Design.
