Help -> Idea Center -> Comments
Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Productivity Tools -> Idea Center".
Comments are a convenient way to add notes into Idea Docs. Below is some key information about Comments.
- You can add a Comment into an Idea Doc by clicking where you want the Comment to go, clicking the Add Comment icon, and typing your Comment. Note: The Add Comment icon is a chat bubble with a plus (+) in the middle which can be found in the text formatting toolbar.
- When a Comment is added to an Idea Doc, a mini Display Image of the Person who added the comment is placed where the Comment was added.
- Comments can be read by hovering over (or clicking) the mini Display Image. The date, time, and Person who added the Comment is also shown.
- You can delete a Comment by clicking the mini Display Image and clicking the Delete button.
- You can't edit Comments, but you can delete Comments and add new Comments.
- You can't reply to Comments, but you can add a new Comment right next to an existing Comment.
- You can toggle all Comments on or off by clicking the Show/Hide Comment icon which is found to the left of the Add Comment icon.
