Help -> Web Pages -> Share Web Page

Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Web Pages and navigated to "Manager -> Web Tools -> Web Pages".

There are two ways to Share a Web Page with others. You can Share a Web Page as part of a Web Site or as a stand-alone Web Page.

Below are the steps to Share a Web Page as part of a Web Site.

  1. Make sure the Status of the Web Page is Published. There is a separate help article about the Web Page Status.
  2. Add the Web Page to a Site Map of a Web Site that has a Status of Published. There are separate help articles about Web Site Sitemaps and Web Site Status.
  3. Visit the URL of the Web Site through the Web Site's Share option, and use the Web Site Menu to navigate to the URL of the Web Page you want to share.

Below are the steps to Share a Web Page as a stand-alone Web Page.

  1. Make sure the Status of the Web Page is Published.
  2. From the Design Page of the Web Page, click the Manage button, and select the Share option to see the sharing options.
