Help -> Web Forms -> Web Form Design
Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Web Forms and navigated to "Manager -> Web Tools -> Web Forms".
You can edit the layout, content, and form fields of a Web Form on its Design Page, and below is information about editing a Web Form Design.
- A Web Form must be created before your can edit it, and there is a separate help article about creating New Web Forms.
- Below are the steps to navigate to a Web Form's Design Page.
- Option 1: Through the Web Forms section of the Manager.
- Click the either the Draft, Inactive, or Published tab depending on where the Web Form is located.
- Click the Manage button of the Web Form you want to edit.
- Select the Design option.
- Option 2: Through the Web Sites section of the Manager.
- Click the either the Draft, Inactive, or Published tab depending on the Status of the Web Site containing the Web Form you want to edit.
- Click the Manage button of the Web Site containing the Web Form you want to edit, and select the Sitemap option.
- Click the three lines menu option next to the Web Form you want to edit, and then select the option to Edit Form Design.
- Option 1: Through the Web Forms section of the Manager.
- Once on the Design Page there are several options available to you.
- You can use the drag and drop interface to edit the content and layout.
- You can use the preview tool near the lower left to preview what your Web Form looks like in both Mobile and Desktop.
- You can use the Import Template feature to overwrite the current Design with the Design of a Template, and there is a separate help article about Web Form Templates.
- You can use the Export Design feature to export the current Design into a New Web Form, and there is a separate help article about this feature.
After finishing your Web Form Design, the next step would typically be to update the Status to Published and then Share your Web Form with others. There are separate help articles about Web Form Status and Sharing Web Forms.
