Help -> Outgoing Messages -> Group Email Recipients

Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Outgoing Messages and navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> Outgoing Messages".

Below are the steps to select the Recipients of a Group Email.

  • Outgoing Messages are sent to Groups of people. If you haven't already done so, then you may need to go to the Groups section to create a new Group and add Members to that Group. For example you might create a Group for your newsletter, and then add everyone you want to receive your newsletter to that Group.
  • Click the Manage button next to the Group Email you want to send, and then click Recipients.
  • Select the Group or Groups that you want to receive your Group Email and then click Update Recipients.
