Help -> Reminders -> Creating Reminders

Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Productivity Tools -> Reminders".

Below is an overview of the different ways you can create Reminders.

  • By clicking the bell icon in the Top Blue Bar* and then clicking New, you can create a Reminder from any Page in the Manager, and you also have the option to have your Reminder be linked to the page are on.
  • While on the My Reminders page, you can click New Reminder which creates a Reminder that isn't linked to any page.
  • While viewing a Ticket Details page you can click the Manage button and then click Create Reminder to create a Reminder that is linked to that Ticket.
  • When creating a New Calendar Item you have the option to create a Reminder that links to the Calendar Item.
  • You can create a Reminder for a To-Do by clicking the icon to the right of a To-Do consisting of three horizontal lines and selecting Create Reminder.
  • You can create a Reminder for any Idea List item by clicking the icon to the right consisting of three horizontal lines and selecting Create Reminder.
  • While viewing a Project page you can click the Actions button and then click Create Reminder to create a Reminder that is linked to that Project.
  • You can create a Reminder from any Chat Message by clicking the bell icon in the upper right of the message, and the Reminder will be linked to that Chat Group.

Below is a summary of the information you are asked to provide when creating a Reminder.

  • Reminder Reference Link: Reminders can be linked to tools such as linking to a specific Ticket.
  • Reminder Date/Time: This the date and time you want your Reminder to trigger your Reminder Notifications. There is a separate help article about Reminder Notifications.
  • Reminder Frequency: You can create single or multiple reminders. With multiple reminders you select the total number of Reminders and the time interval between each Reminder.
  • Reminder Text: This is the text that explains the Reminder you want to be Notified of.
