Notifications

There are a number of way to be notified of things that happen in the Manager and below are details.

  • The following Internal Notification systems automatically happen by default.
    • The Top Blue Bar automatically notifies you of changes that happened in Chat Groups, the Inbox, Projects, Idea Center, To-Dos, and Reminders. There is a separate help articles about the Top Blue Bar that goes into more detail.
    • The Dashboard automatically notifies you about upcoming To-Dos, Reminders, and Calendar Items. It also Notifies you of issues regarding Outgoing Messages as well as billing and usage information.
  • The following External Email Notification Settings can be configured by users within paid accounts.
    • Reminder External Email Notification Settings can be turned on so you receive a Reminder email in addition to the Reminder Notifications in the Top Blue Bar and Dashboard.
    • In the Other External Email Notification Settings page you have the option to receive email Notifications of the following.
      • After a Ticket that you can view is updated with a Reply or Note.
      • After a Web Form that you can view submissions of has been submitted.
      • After a Project you are associated with has been updated.
      • After a Calendar Item you are associated with is created, deleted, or updated by another user.
      • After a To-Do is created or updated for you by someone else.
      • After a new message is received in a Chat Group you are a Coordinator of.

User Settings in People Database

Your Display Image and User Info (Name, Email, Phone, Address) need to be updated through the People Database. If you are a Leader who doesn't have access to the People Database, then you need an Admin to edit your information.
