Help -> Outgoing Messages -> Sent Group Text Messages
Starting Point: An Admin has requested and received a text messaging phone number for your Account. You are Logged into the Manager with Access to Outgoing Messages and have navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> Outgoing Messages".
Outgoing Messages that have been sent appear in the Sent tab. At the top of the Sent tab is a Details link you can click to see information about your Ministry Inbox Account's usage of Outgoing Messages. From here, you also have options to Upgrade your Account or Purchase Add-On Text Message Credits.
For each Group Text Message in the Sent tab, you can click the Manage button and then click Info or Details. Below is a summary of each option.
- Info: This provides information about the Group Text Message that was sent including data such as the message that was sent and how many Text Message Credits were used.
- Details: This provides information about each individual text message such as the name, phone number, sent time, and status.
