Help -> Idea Center -> Sharing
Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Productivity Tools -> Idea Center".
Below is summary of each sharing option for Idea Docs.
- No Sharing
- You are the only one who can see them.
- You are the only one who can edit them.
- Shared As Read-Only
- You and people you choose to share with can see them.
- You are the only one who can edit them.
Below is a summary of how Idea Lists, Idea Docs, and Idea Boards can be shared.
- Idea Lists currently can't be shared, however, you can export an Idea List into an Idea Doc which can be shared.
- Idea Docs can be shared as read-only and you can use the no sharing option as well.
- Idea Board's sharing properties are determined by the sharing properties of the Idea Doc it is associated with.
