Help -> Outgoing Messages -> Group Email Design

Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Outgoing Messages and navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> Outgoing Messages".

You can edit the layout and content of a Group Email on its Design Page, and below is information about editing a Group Email Design.

  • A Group Email must be created before your can edit it, and there is a separate help article about creating New Group Emails.
  • Below are the steps to navigate to a Group Email's Design Page.
    1. Click the Draft tab. You can only edit the Design of Draft Group Emails.
    2. Click the Manage button of the Web Page you want to edit.
    3. Select the Design option.
  • Once on the Design Page there are several options available to you.
    • You can use the drag and drop interface to edit the content and layout.
    • You can use the preview tool near the lower left to preview what your Web Page looks like in both Mobile and Desktop.
    • You can use the Import Template feature to overwrite the current Design with the Design of a Template, and there is a separate help article about Group Email Templates.
    • You can use the Export Design feature to export the current Design into a New Web Group Email, and there is a separate help article about this feature.
