Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Main -> Inbox".

Below is helpful information about the Ticket Person.

  • The Ticket Person is the Person who appears at the top of each listed Ticket on the Inbox page.
  • The Ticket Person appears at the top of the Ticket Details page.
  • If a Ticket allows Replies, then the Ticket Person will receive an email of any Replies.
  • The Ticket Person is typically the Person who initiated the creation of the Ticket such as by submitting a Web Form or replying to a Group Email.
  • On the Inbox page and on Ticket Details pages, a Ticket Icon appears to the left of the Ticket Person, and the help article about Ticket Icons provides additional helpful information about the Ticket Person.
