Help -> Idea Center -> Compare Versions
Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Productivity Tools -> Idea Center".
The Compare Versions option enables you to see what has changed in an Idea Doc. Below is some key information about comparing versions.
- By comparing versions of an Idea Doc you can quickly see what has changed since you last viewed the Idea Doc.
- You can compare versions by viewing an Idea Doc, clicking the Manage button, and clicking Compare Versions.
- You can compare the current version of the Idea Doc with previous versions you've seen by selecting one of the version date/time options from the drop down menu.
- When comparing versions, the changes and additions are highlighted green, deleted items are highlighted red, and added/deleted comments are highlighted blue.
