Starting Point: You want to understand more about how you can intentionally or unexpectedly be logged out of the Manager.

Below are ways Users can be logged out of the Manager. The first item below describes how you can intentionally logout, and below that are possible explanations for why you may have been unexpectedly logged out.

  • To logout of the Manager you can click your Display Image in the Top Blue Bar and click the option to Logout. Note: The Top Blue Bar is hidden for mobile users until they click the three dots icon.
  • You are automatically logged out of the Manager if you login from a different device (or different browser). For example, if you are logged into the Manager with your laptop and then you proceed to login with the same username on your mobile phone, then you will automatically be logged out on your laptop.
  • You are automatically logged out of the Manager if the features you have access to have been modified. For example, if you are added as a Coordinator to a Group or given Access to a new tool, then you will be logged out.
  • You are automatically logged out if your Account's subscription changes. For example, if you upgrade from the free Account to the $29/mo Account, then you will be logged out so you can login again with the features of the new Account.
  • If you have been logged in for a while, then your session may expire, and you'll need to login again to renew your session.
  • If an Admin deletes a user's login, that username is automatically logged out.
