Help -> Filters and Tags -> Summary
Starting Point: Logged into Manager.
We have plans to expand the use of Filters and Tags, and below is a summary of how they are currently used in the Manager.
Filters
- Inbox Filters: While on the Inbox page, by clicking the Manage button and then clicking Inbox Filters you can filter Tickets by things like Status, Priority, Ticket Assigned To Person, Tags, keyword, and more.
- To-Dos: On the My To-Dos page you can filter To-Dos by Status and by who it is assigned to.
- Idea Lists: When viewing an idea list, you can filter the list items by Priority, Status, and keyword.
- Outgoing Messages Details: When viewing Outgoing Messages Details, you can filter the information shown by keyword.
- Web Form Data: When viewing data submitted through Web Forms, you can filter the data by keyword.
Tags
- Admins and Leaders with access to a Ticket can manage the Tags associated with the Ticket by going to the Ticket Details page and clicking Manage and then clicking Manage Tags. Admins also have the ability to add, edit, and delete Tags.
