Help -> People Database -> Permissions
Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to People Database and navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> People Database".
Through the Permissions tab, Admins can give other Users the ability to login to the Manager as either a Leader or Admin. Once you are logged into the Manager as an Admin, you can follow the steps below to create Manager logins for other users.
- The first step for an Admin to create an additional Manager login is to make sure the person is already in your People Database. If you need to add a new Person, then you can click the People Database link, then click the Add People button, then specify their name, and then click the button to Add Person.
- The next step is to give the Person the Permissions necessary to login to the Manager. You do this from the People Database by clicking the Manage button for that person, then click the Permissions tab, and follow the steps to allow them to login to the Manager as an Admin or Leader.
In addition to giving someone the necessary Permissions to login to the Manager, you also want to make sure they have Access to the tools you would like them to use. If you set someone as an Admin, then they automatically have access to all the tools, but if you set someone to Leader, then they won't have access to certain tools unless you specifically give them Access to those tools.
