Help -> People Database -> People Icons
Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to People Database and navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> People Database".
Small icons can appear next to each Person on the main People Database page, and these People Icons are a convenient way to quickly see information about each Person. For example, if a Person in your People Database has a phone number and an email address on file, then a "phone" icon and an "at" symbol icon will appear next to that Person's name.
