Help -> Overview -> Display Images

Starting Point: Logged into Manager.

Below is an overview of the three different types of Display Images that are used within the Manager.

  1. People Database Display Image: Each Person in your database can have a Display Image associated with them. This functions like an avatar or profile picture.
    • Users with Access to the People Database can Upload or Delete Display Images by going to a Person's Manage Person page, clicking the Manage button, and selecting Manage Display Image.
    • People Database Display Images are used in the following tools.
      • Inbox: The Inbox page shows Display Images and Mini Display Images. There is a separate Inbox help article about Mini Display images.
      • People Database: Display Images are shown when viewing people in the People Database.
      • Idea Center: Comments made in Idea Docs use Mini Display Images.
      • Projectss: These Display Images are shown when someone leaves a Note or if they are the Person Linked to the Project.
      • Chat: A Person's Display Image is shown next to their Chat messages.
  2. Project Display Image: Each Project can have its own custom Display Image. For example, a Project for a fishing trip could have a picture of a fish or a fishing boat as its Display Image. If you have lots of Projects, then this can help people quickly identify the one corresponding to the fishing trip. Users that can view the Project can Upload and Delete its Display Image from the Project Details page by clicking the Manage button and selecting Manage Display Image.
  3. Group Display Image: Each Group can have its own custom Display Image. These Display Images can be helpful if you are part of lots of different Chat Groups. Group Coordinators can Upload and Delete a Group's Display Image through the Manage Group page by clicking the Manage button and selecting Manage Display Image.
