Help -> To-Dos -> To-Do Notifications
Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Web Pages and navigated to "Manager -> Productivity Tools -> To-Dos".
There are five types of To-Do Notifications.
- On the Dashboard you are Notified of To-Dos assigned to you that are past due as well as To-Dos that are due soon, in the next 3 days or 72 hours.
- You are automatically notified of To-Dos that are past due or due soon in the Top Blue Bar*, and below are details.
- When a To-Do's Due Date/Time has passed, then it is considered past due and a Notification is shown in the Top Blue Bar*.
- When a To-Do's Due Date/Time is within the next 72 hours, then it is considered due soon and a Notification is shown in the Top Blue Bar*.
- The total number of past due and due soon To-Dos are shows as a number next to the check mark icon in the Top Blue Bar*.
- If any of the To-Dos are past due, then the number is shown in a red background.
- If all of the To-Dos are due soon, then the number is shown in a yellow background.
- By clicking the check mark icon in the Top Blue Bar* you can see the past due and due soon To-Dos, and there is also a link to your My To-Dos page.
- You receive Ministry Inbox System Ticket Notifications whenever a To-Do is delegated to you or modified by someone else.
- You can receive external email notifications when a To-Do is delegated to you or modified by someone else. These notifications can be set up by clicking on your Display Image in the Top Blue Bar*, selecting Notification Settings, and selecting the options to be notified by email when a To-Do is created or updated for you by another user.
- Depending on how a To-Do was created, you and your Leadership Team can be notified through Inbox To-Dos tabs or a Team Tools To-Dos tabs. Below are details.
- Ticket To-Dos: If a To-Do is created through a Ticket Details page by clicking "Manage -> Create To-Do", then that To-Do will be visible to everyone who can see that Ticket.
- Project To-Dos: If a To-Do is created through a Projects page by clicking "Manage -> Create To-Do", then that To-Do will be visible to everyone who can see that Project.
