Help -> Outgoing Messages -> Schedule Group Text Message

Starting Point: An Admin has requested and received a text messaging phone number for your Account. You are Logged into the Manager with Access to Outgoing Messages and have navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> Outgoing Messages".

Below are the steps to Schedule a Group Text Message.

  1. Click the Manage button next to the Group Text Message you want to send, then click Schedule.
  2. Enter the date and time you want your Group Text Message to start to be delivered, then click Update Text Message Schedule. Note: If you have a large list of recipients, it can take several minutes to several hours to finish sending.

Once you've Scheduled your Group Text Message, it will appear in the Scheduled tab where you have options of Info, Change Schedule, and Un-Schedule.

After your Scheduled Group Text Message has been Sent, it will appear in the Sent Tab.
