Help -> Outgoing Messages -> Schedule Group Email
Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Outgoing Messages and navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> Outgoing Messages".
Below are the steps to Schedule a Group Email.
- Click the Manage button next to the Group Email you want to send and then click Schedule.
- Enter the date and time you want your Group Email to start to be delivered and then click Update Email Schedule. Note: If you have a large list of recipients, then it can take several minutes to several hours to finish sending.
Once you've Scheduled your Group Email to send, it will appear in the Scheduled tab where you have options review Info, Preview, Change Schedule, and Un-Schedule.
After your Scheduled Group Email has been Sent, it will appear in the Sent Tab.
