Help -> Calendar -> My Calendar
Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Productivity Tools -> Calendar".
The My Calendar page shows To-Dos assigned to you as well as Calendar Items assigned to either you, a Group you are a Member of, or a Project that is visible to you. Below are some key features of the My Calendar page.
- You can toggle your calendar view between Month, Week, Day, or Agenda.
- Icons
- Check mark icons are used to represent To-Dos.
- Calendar icons are used to represent Calendar Items.
- Colors
- Blue is used for upcoming Calendar Items and To-Dos.
- Red is used for past due To-Dos.
- Purple is used to highlight referenced Calendar Items.
- Grey is used to show completed To-Dos and Calendar Items that have already happened. Note: Grey items also have a strike through the text.
- Clicking on a Calendar Item provides the following additional information and options.
- Details: This provides detailed information about the Calendar Item.
- Reminders: This lists your Reminders that reference the Calendar Item, and also enables you to create new Reminders referencing the Calendar Item.
- Edit: This enables you to edit the Calendar Item.
- Delete: This is how you can delete a Calendar Item.
- View Calendar Item Reference Link: This button takes you to the URL referenced by the Calendar Item.
- Clicking on a To-Dos provides the following information and options.
- Details: This provides detailed information about the To-Do.
- Manage To-Dos: This button takes you to your My To-Dos page.
- View To-Do Reference Link: This button takes you to the URL referenced by the To-Do.
