Help -> Projects -> Managing

Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Projects and navigated to "Manager -> Productivity Tools -> Projects".

Below is an overview of the options available on each Project through clicking the Manage button found on a Project page.

  • Add Note: This is how you can leave a Note that can be seen by all the Members of your Leadership Team that can view this Project.
  • Create To-Do: Creating a To-Do through the Manage button is different from creating To-Dos through the Top Blue Bar or creating To-Dos through the My To-Dos page, and below are the key differences.
    • To-Dos created through the Manage button can be seen by everyone who can see the Project.
    • Creating To-Dos through the Manage button enables you to create To-Dos for the entire Group at the same time.
  • Create Reminder: Creating a Reminder through a Project's Manage button will automatically link that Reminder to that Project.
  • Manage Files: With each Project, you are able to upload (and delete) files that are associated with the particular Project. Whenever someone manages a file, the system automatically leaves a Note about it in the Project's Notes tab.
  • Manage Display Image: By default, the Display Image of the Link To Person will be shown with the Project, but you can override this default Display Image by uploading a custom Display Image for the Project. The Project's Display Image is shown on the Project's page as well as on pages where the Project is listed. Whenever someone manages a Display Image, the system automatically leaves a Note about it in the Project's Notes tab.
  • Set Completed: Setting a Project's status to Completed will move that Project from the Open tab to the Completed tab. Once a Project is Completed, the only option available through the Manage button is to Re-Open the Project. The system automatically leaves a Note about Status changes in the Project's Notes tab.
