Help -> Inbox -> Mini Display Images
Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Main -> Inbox".
With each Ticket listed on your Inbox, you can see one or more Mini Display Images which correspond to updates done on the Ticket such as an update of the Ticket's Priority or a Note being added to the Ticket. Below is a bullet list of information to help you understand and make use of the Mini Display Images.
- The Mini Display Images appear on the Inbox page.
- The Mini Display Images only serve to provide a convenient summary of the detailed information you can find on the Ticket Details page.
- The Mini Display Images are shown in chronological order with the most recent update being on the right.
- In most cases the, each Mini Display Image corresponds to the Person who initiated an update on the Ticket. For example, if you updated the Ticket's Priority, then your Mini Display Image will be added on the right.
- If you hover over a Mini Display Image (or tap on it with a mobile device), then you will see a summary of the update that corresponds with the Mini Display Image which includes the date, time, and who performed the update.
- A maximum of 11 Mini Display Images are show per ticket which includes the first Mini Display Image as well as the ten most recent.
- If a Person performing an update does not have a Display Image, then a default Mini Display Image will be shown.
- Mini Display Images are another example of why it is helpful for all your Admins and Leaders to have Display Images.
