Help -> Outgoing Messages -> Sent Group Emails
Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to Outgoing Messages and navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> Outgoing Messages".
Outgoing Messages that have been sent appear in the Sent tab. At the top of the Sent tab is a Details link you can click to see information about your Ministry Inbox Account's usage of Outgoing Messages, and from here you also have options to Upgrade your Account or Purchase Communication Credits.
For each Outgoing Message in the Sent tab you can click the Manage button and then click Info, Preview, and Details. Below is a summary of each option.
- Info: This provides information about the Outgoing Message that was sent including data such as when it was sent and how many emails were sent in total.
- Preview: This enables you to view the Outgoing Message that was sent.
- Details: This provides information about each individual email such as data about opens, clicks, bounces, and spam reports. Note: Data about opens is only recorded when the recipient's email client displays images, and email clients often turn this off by default.
