Help -> People Database -> Manage Person

Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to People Database and navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> People Database".

Next to each person in your People Database is a Manage button you can click to Manage that Person, and below is a summary of the options available for Admins and Leaders.

Admins can Manage the following for everyone (including Admins, Leaders, and other People).

  • Display Image - There is a separate help article with more information about Display Images.
  • Contact Information
  • Permissions - This is where you give people a Manager login and/or update their Permissions (i.e. Admin, Leader, or Person). There is a separate People Database help article about Permissions.
  • Access - This is where you give a Person who has a Manager login the ability to use specific tools. There is a separate People Database help article about Access.

Leaders can Manage the following for other People (but not Admins and other Leaders).

  • Display Image
  • Contact Information

Note: If you want to edit the Groups someone is in, then you need to do it in the Groups section and not in the People Database section.
