- What is the Quickstart Checklist?
- The Quickstart Checklist is just a list of easy-to-complete tasks designed to help you efficiently learn about the core features of Ministry Inbox.
- Am I required to complete the Quickstart Checklist?
- No, the Quickstart Checklist is optional, however, it is the recommended way to quickly learn about our features.
- How can I get to the Quickstart Checklist?
- You need to be logged into the Manager, and there is a separate help article about Manager Logins. Below are the two main ways to navigate to the Quickstart Checklist.
- If you haven't already completed Level 1 of the Quickstart Checklist, then you should see a purple Quickstart Checklist button at the top left of every page in the Manager.
- In the bottom left navigation of every page in the Manager is a link to the Support Resources page, and at the top of the Support Resources page is a link to the Quickstart Checklist.
- You need to be logged into the Manager, and there is a separate help article about Manager Logins. Below are the two main ways to navigate to the Quickstart Checklist.
- Where can I get help with completing a Quickstart Checklist item?
- You may not need any help to complete the Quickstart Checklist because it is designed to be easy and self-explanatory, however, there are several ways to get help if necessary.
- Many of the Quickstart Checklist items reference a short video showing the actual process of completing the item. You can find these videos here.
- Many of the Quickstart Checklist items contain targeted links to the Manager and Help Docs to help you complete each item.
- You can contact us directly through the Support Options page letting us know which item you need help with, and we'll be happy to help.

- What are the bonuses?
- The bonuses are just a fun and rewarding way to encourage people to complete the Quickstart Checklist. Below is a summary of each bonus.
- Level 1 Bonus: 500 free email credits for completing all the Level 1 items.
- Level 2 Bonus: 1000 free email credits for completing all the Level 2 items.
- Level 3 Bonus: 2000 free email credits for completing all the Level 3 items.

- Why are some items in the Quickstart Checklist already marked as completed?
- If you or someone on your Leadership Team started using your Ministry Inbox Account before starting the Quickstart Checklist, then your normal use of the system is likely to complete some of the Quickstart Checklist items. This is fine because the items do not need to be completed in any specific order.
