Help -> Inbox -> Assigned To Person/Group
Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Main -> Inbox".
Below is a bullet list of information to help you understand the significance of the Assigned To Person, Assigned To Group, and how the two can work together.
- Admins can see every Ticket regardless of the Assigned To Person or Assigned To Group.
- Admins are able to update the Assigned To Person to be anyone in the Leadership Team (Admins and Leaders) without needing to specify an Assigned To Group.
- Leaders can only see a Ticket if they are the Assigned To Person or they are a Coordinator of the Assigned To Group.
- A Leader can update a Ticket's Assigned To Person or Assigned To Group as long as the following criteria are met.
- After the update, the Leader must still be able to see the Ticket (see previous bullet item about which Tickets Leaders can see).
- The Assigned To Person must be a Member of the Assigned To Group.
