Help -> People Database -> Access
Starting Point: Logged into Manager with Access to People Database and navigated to "Manager -> Communication Tools -> People Database".
With Ministry Inbox you have the option to choose which tools certain Users can have Access to. For example, you may give the person who updates your Ministry Inbox Web Site Access to Web Tools, but you may not need to give them Access to other tools like Projects.
A user who logs into the Manager with Admin Permissions automatically has Access to all the Ministry Inbox tools, however, users with Leader Permissions need to be given Access to certain tools before they can use them. Below are the steps for an Admin to give a Leader Access to certain tools.
- Login the Manager as Admin.
- Click to go to the People Database.
- Click the Manage button for the user you want to give Access.
- Click the Access tab.
- Select the tools you want to give them Access to and click to Update Access.
Below is a summary of the tools that Leaders need to be given special Access to use.
