Help -> Inbox -> Spam Tab
Starting Point: Logged into Manager and navigated to "Manager -> Main -> Inbox".
Emails received from addresses that are not in your People Database are automatically placed into the Spam tab on the Inbox page. Below is some important information about the Spam tab.
- The Spam tab is one of the tabs on the Inbox page, and it is only shown to Admins.
- Emails in the Spam tab are no longer shown after 30 days.
- The Spam tab has a counter on the tab to alert you to the number of emails in your Spam tab.
- Replies to your Group Emails should not end up in the Spam tab because the recipients of your Group Emails are already in your People Database.
- With emails that have been placed in the Spam tab, you have easy options to move the emails to your Inbox and/or to add the sender to your People Database.
- Adding new people who submit Web Forms to your People Database will keep future emails received from them out of the Spam tab.
- Your Ministry Inbox email address is not designed for sharing as this can result in email from new people ending up in your Spam tab.
